Artist Summary
I practice as an iconographer for over 15 years, after I have graduated from the Sacral Art Department of the Lviv National Academy of Arts (Ukraine). Having achieved Master’s Degree (2007), I proceeded to Postgraduate school, combining scholarship with teaching. My Thesis is devoted to the iconography of Old-Testament Trinity in the ancient Ukrainian art.
Master’s program at Lviv National Academy of Arts. Degree obtained: MA Projects 2020–2021
Created façade mosaics and developed interior decoration project for St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Church (Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine) 2020.
Developed the project and participated in mosaics creation for St. Alexander Nevsky Church (Zhmerynka, Vinnytsia oblast, Ukraine).
Participation in Events 2019
Participated in the Symposium of Modern Icon-Painting Art, entitled Is the Tradition Binding for the Continuation of the Iconographic Ecclesiastical Art.
Orthodox Academy of Crete (Kolympari, Chania, Crete) 2018.
Participated in the International Icon Painting Competition with The Resurrection of Jesus Christ theme. The Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy (Athens, Greece).
