Online Shop Submission Form

Please see below an outline of the Submission process:

If you're interested in having your work sold through our Heavenly Path Art Gallery's Online Shop (www.heavenlypathartgallery.com), this is the place to begin.

We provide three methods for selling your work.

  1. Selling the original work that you have on hand.

  2. Offering a print of your work for sale.

  3. Commission-based sales. The customer views one of your works and requests an exact replica produced using the same procedure as the original in the specified size agreed upon during the application process.

Once a sale is registered, we will inquire about the artist's studio delivery costs.
All costs are paid directly to the Artist's Bank Account by the client.
Artists working on commission will receive a deposit by the client to begin work and will be paid the agreed-upon amount once the job is completed.
Prior to entering into an agreement, we will require to view examples of original works via zoom, a necessary precaution to protect both ourselves and the client from fraud.

To continue just follow the simple steps:

1. Submit your work

You may submit the photos of minimum 5 x 2-Dimensional artworks online if you are a practising Orthodox Artist. The works ought to be of an original concept, design, and execution framed or unframed.  We accept currently Portable Icons, Original Paintings, Carvings, Etchings, Digital Art and other portable Art Objects.

Cropped images with a resolution of no more than 90 dpi and dimensions of approximately 1300 × 1300 pixels should be optimised for the web. We like them to be stored in jpeg format. If you are unable to optimise them, we will have to charge you an additional £5 each artwork due to the time involved.

2. Enter the artworks details inluding dimentions and selling price and upload the appropriate images *(Click on the arrow at the Gold box below to be directed to the form).

We'll also require all of your contact information, a link to your website if you have one, and a brief bio. If the artwork is for sale, remember to mention the selling price as well as the precise measurements of the artwork, including the frame if one is present.

3. Pay your submission fee

Entry is £25 for 5 Artworks, and you must submit a minimum of five artworks. You will pay this online once your submission is accepted. If you cannot pay online, send us an email to explain the situation. You can also pay by cash or bank transfer. If you want to submit more, you will need to repeat the process.

**Please note that, we will inform you if your entry was successful. If you are successful, we will notify you to pay your entry fee. Thank you.

   What happens next?

The Shop will be made up of digital pictures of artworks that will be organised into categories. We will review your entries and notify you as soon as possible if you have been selected. Then, on the "Successful Applicants" page, you must pay the admission fee online. Based on our previous experience, we will choose the manner of placement.

5. Artist obligation

Throughout the duration of the collaboration, the artist agrees to use the Gallery's telephone number and email address exclusively on his website and social media.
This is to avoid the temptation to conduct business with the customer directly without notifying the Gallery.
It has frequently been observed that artists offer a discount to clients following a direct telephone call or email from the client, deducting a portion of the Gallery's commission.
This is a widespread practise in some countries.
Thankfully, not in the United Kingdom, which means that if we agree to collaborate, you will need to use our contact information for as long as your artworks remain in our online shop.
*This does not apply to works sold on other online platforms such as ETSY, though we would appreciate being notified in advance.

 6. Submission Deadline

There isn't one, but keep in mind that we have limited space in our online shop, so send your artworks as soon as possible to ensure your inclusion.
