Courses Submission Form

Please see below an outline of the Submission process:

If you're interested in having your courses Promoted in our Festival this is the place to begin. This form is for single artists only not for Schools or Organizations.


To proceed, simply follow these simple steps:

1. Fill the Online Form
We will require extensive biographical information as well as information about your workshop, teaching method & prices.
You may submit a few images of your work in addition to some examples of previous workshops.
Send all images at a resolution of 90 dpi with approximate dimensions of 1300 x 1300 pixels.
Please ensure that they are well cropped and optimized.
We prefer that they are saved in the jpeg format.
If you are unable to optimize them, we will charge you £5 per artwork due to the time required.
Additionally, we welcome Videos from workshops for promotional purposes. *To send large files or videos, please return here after submitting the form and click the button under the form to be  taken to our document transfer web page where you can upload your files.

3. Send your Information

Once the form is completed, click the Submit button.
If you overlook an information box marked with a *Asterisk, the form will not submit.
Therefore, ensure that you complete all required fields.

 

3. Pay your entry fee 

The fee is £30 per submission. You will pay this online once you submission was accepted. If you cannot pay online, send us an email to explain the situation and pay by cash or bank transfer.

**Please note that to avoid sending refunds for failed entries, we will inform you if your entry was successful or not first. If you are successful, we will notify you to pay your entry fee. The entry fee is non-refundable.

 

   What happens next?

We will review your submission and will contact you as soon as possible to inform you whether or not it was successful.
Then, you must pay the admission fee online.
Based on our prior experience, we will be solely responsible for the layout and presentation of all works in the Festival.
If you are successful, the details of your course will be displayed on a presentation page in the designated category for courses.

The deadline is the 5th of September 2022.
